So numbers should match up correctly. Which it hasn’t always for other holidays. So we should get an accurate comparison YOY.

Slight correction, it’s the fourth Thrusday of the month which is usaully the last Thursday, but not always. I don’t know if that would always mean it lines up in week 48 or not though. But it works this year.

Up nearly 300k from last Saturday and a 44.8% of last year.

With the one million barrier broken twice now, is 50% of last year the next milestone goal for this thread? I feel like it’s close.

Breaking 50% on holiday weekends? Yes. On regular travel weeks, 40% is still the metric. We’ve been there a few times, but it lacks consistency which is obviously no bueno.

Thats one way to look at it I guess. These numbers while reporting record record Covid cases and more lockdowns?? I can’t help but see this as positive (for our industry).

A positive for sure! Rumors are that some regionals will continue training in March. Which is promising for the industry!

We have yet to break 45% since March (came close tho...). It would be nice to crack that and even hit 50%, even if just for feel-good purposes.
a few weeks old but my opinion remains.

I believe the "Thanksgiving travel" has indeed begun.

11-21/ 44.9% is respectable

Speaking of a few weeks ago, the most granular TSA data available is from 10/25 and shows a disparity in recovery across different airports. Not unexpected but certainly interesting.

That is interesting, good find. If somehow somebody can keep Cumo from singlehandedly destroying the state of New York those NY numbers will get even better.
