didnt state governors already ban the use of certain drugs that were already FDA approved for anti malaria?
Given the power trip certain governors appear to be on , if the guy they don’t like gets elected they will probably do everything they can to delay the vaccine, whether it is legal or not.

Yeah but that’s different. States can regulate off label usage. I doubt they can deny an FDA approved vaccine for its intended purpose.

still would not surprise me if they did on the grounds they thought the FDA was compromised or something. The amount of politics going into health decisions in this country is appalling

Yeah I have to agree with that. I think the Uk and Canada have both already telegraphed their intention to make it one. If Canada does it will effect even the domestic only type airlines.
