That's the two big dangers in my mind. Fear will subside with time. Companies learning how to do work remotely and seeing how much money it saves, that might be a long term secular trend that continues long after people forget about SARS-CoV-2. This affects the travel industry obviously but I also think it has huge ramifications for commercial office space.
I think the predictions of a ramp up to 50% after the fear subsides followed by a 2-3 year slog to 2019 levels are reasonable. But even at those passenger counts the business/leisure mix is going to be skewed toward the less profitable direction.

as soon as it’s under control, or there is a vaccine loads will return to 2019 levels, there’s only reason for them not to. Business may be a little slower to return, but it will come back as well. They’ve been calling for the end of business travel since the 80’s, when the first video conference was developed. Hasn’t happened yet. People like doing business face to face.
