Captain/Standards Pilot 208k in the 75th percentile (Salary). First time in history the 75th is over 200k. Nice little jump this year.

Isn't 208k max salary? Mid 170k.

The IBM numbers are hard to decipher. I find them low for a jet V. Nbaa are higher and have a higher participation.

Does the IBM Survey include midsize or super midsize salary data?

The numbers still seem rather low. Almost every Jet V guy I know is making over 190-200 base in the NE and NW. Oddly, they fly for the same companies that participate in the above surveys. So either flight department directors are low balling the surveys or something else is going on here!

My company bases projections on the max salary range. 50% of max salary is still 50th percentile, so to speak. If I lived in say, Stillwater or El Paso I'd imagine they'd consider otherwise. I am currently NE based FYI.
