Three King Airs, seven Hawkers, three Falcons.

91/91K/135

22 pilots (including management pilots), 'on-call' but not guaranteed days off per 135 regs per quarter, low-mid pay, QOL mediocre but not bad at all once on the road.

Marriott properties, Hertz rentals, no per diem, but we have an allowance to spend based on duty time.

Great idea for a thread

4 pilots; 4 planes
Legacy 600
Phenom 300
Cirrus
KA C90

91/135 mix.

We coordinate amongst each other to cover trips and days off.
We avg 20+ hard days off each qtr plus days we don't fly but are "standby". Our trips are scheduled ahead but details can be fluid till day or two before.

Life on the road is great. Marriott and company pays for meals and work related expenses.

CAE for training every 6 months
Great job and great people I work with and for.

I'll start... One aircraft (requiring two pilots) & two pilots. No minimum lead time, no scheduled days off.
4 Large Cabin planes (75% Intl)
14 Pilots (slightly understaffed IMO)
Schedule typically crewed 90 days out
9-13 days a month average, mostly overnights.
On call M-F 0700-1800 with 4hr call out (very rare)
No face time. Our trips require enough work.
Extra projects done on volunteer basis
One duty crew per weekend/holiday, everyone else be free.
4.5 weeks vacation to start (first come first serve)
pay 125K-over 200K (average/low average for area)
typical large company benefits,401k,headaches.
