Default P-21 "chart fault" message

Guys our electronic charts on the Proline 21 King Air 350 are no longer working. We get a "Chart Fault" message.

Any revolutionary ideas on what may be causing this ?

I've seen that in our XLS, but it's always fixed itself. The one time it didn't we just had to reboot.

This happened in a CJ3 i used to fly. The fix for me was to do a reversion... MFD to PFD then wait a few seconds and go back to normal.

If that doesnt work, I'd also check/reload the database just to make sure it isn't corrupted.

This...Any MFD fault in-flight (chart fault, GW-X Fault, FSU Inop etc...) "should" be solved by simply reverting to PFD then coming back. I have had this happen 3 or 4 times in the CJ3 and each time the reversion fixes the error.

As flyerjosh suggested, try reloading database first. Are your charts/fms data normal? If not, check subscription code. Ours somehow got changed a while ago.

Great, i believe yesterday was the update for ECharts. Maybe that had something to do with it.
