RNAV / RNP 10 Course
I see these "courses" bring offered at numerous places. Is this a requirement? Or is it more just to teach you about RNP?
What about MNPS? In order to cross the Atlantic (as PIC), do you have to have taken this course/test? It's kind of like our RVSM right?
Thanks.

The answer should be in your manuals associated with the LOAs. I was able to do online training at King Schools, however some manuals may state different requirements.

Highly recommend this guy for training:
He came to our offices and conducted a 1 day International Ops Course for all of us. Covered all the airspace and RNP requirements, RVSM, etc.

Some countries require a sign off for RVSM/RNP training. The FAA says you can cover the training for RVSM and RNP in the normal course of training and no special module is required. You do have to have approval to operate in RVSM airspace and to conduct RNP ops.
ICAO is already trying to get away from the term RNP (for the overall title of the concept) and go to PBN - Performance Based Navigation.
MNPS airspace is RVSM and RNP rolled together with a bunch of special procedures. The FAA says you need a special training program and you need Op Specs approval/LOA.
