Hello GNENSEC,

We are looking at SN 001 right now! Most of the older SN have been upgraded and all the avionics issues been eliminated.. Theres some good buys/Airplane out there in the X market...All your SB should be handle with your pre-buy inspections or DOCS 11..

If you're seriously considering an early X, it might be worthwhile to pull in a consultant experienced with the airframe.

Yes, DOCS 11 is a big inspection! Is the biggest inspection done by Cessna, 425 hours of labor..Who's paying for this?! Well, all this has to be work on the contract...

I have no idea as I'm not familiar with the X...just think spending a little $$$ to utilize the services of somebody who IS familiar with the X (or any new airframe, for that matter) who can help evaluate purchase candidate airframes is money well spent.

Abosolutley, education costs money, one way or another.

You can either pay a consultant to educate you, or you can pay through the mistakes you'll make while learning by trial-and-error.

Hello BoilerUP,

I see what your talking about! Yeah, not a bad idea for sure, especially if you don't have any X time or any knowledge of Cessna products.
We been operation a CE-650 VII for 8 years and been after a X for few years now! Playing the waiting game for the market to hit bottom.
We done are homework with the X for suer.

How's the CJ? You like it?
