The old II! My first jet was a 550-SN 116 I think..Went from a PA-180 to the 550... Good old time... Is all about QOL & money.. Not how big the planes is....
Do you fly single pilot?

Best regards!

Thanks guys for the input here it is:

I agree!

1. Consultant/Broker

2. I have two Cessna Service Center Supervisors who worked on transient and pre-purchase inspections on Xs, who have great insight. Our mechanic was a line service tech for 8+ years who knows the "actual time" for inspections/checks vs. the "billable hour" bul-----.

3. I agree the DOC 11 is huge and the 18.

As for the airframe, even early serial #s are good as long as the big SBs are accomplished and most of the rest with avionics upgrades 5+ for the primus.

Another area to look for VIIPILOT is the aircraft being on the MSG program previous to purchase. Save a lot of money on a much improved progressive maintenance program vs. the basic DOC schedule.

Split bus and aileron ratio are two major changes to newer CX's. If yours was a Cessna show piece, I'm sure it has this.

Ask them to put winglets on it, and install Primus Elite displays - approach plates and XM wx right in front of you!
