G-dog,

A lot depends on the type of aircraft that this company is looking at purchasing. If it's a small piston single aircraft, there is probably some good info available from AOPA about using an aircraft for business purposes (as a private owner) or creating a corporation or other entity to attach aviation assets to.

If it's a larger company that is looking at a turbine powered aircraft (like a King Air or Citation or something larger), then the NBAA is a good place to start. They have all sorts of info available, including software that can help justify the costs of corporate flight programs.

If you are looking for a corporate jet, www.omnijet.com has some nice info about the different kinds, operating costs, and crew costs. Good starting site.

I can refer you to an aircraft broker, He can discuss the needs the flight dept has and help to come up with the best solution. He is also an aircraft mechanic.

Let me know if still interested
