Anyone care to share what type of scheduling software or systems they use for part 91 flight departments?

CTA-FOS seems popular for larger departments; us, we're simple and cheap (and honest) so we use Fltplan.com. Our scheduler/executive admin also keeps a paper calendar so she can pencil-in trip additions or changes before we actually put it on the schedule.

I think Google Calendar is also growing in popularity.

CTA-FOS. It's okay...

3 planes, 9 pilots, 4 FA's and a handful of contractors. My biggest complaint is that there's no interface on the web or phone for the setup we have, so I have to turn on my work laptop and then download all of the info into the software that's installed on that PC. That can take up to 10+ minutes from home if a bunch of other users are accessing through the company VPN.

We use these folks: Professional Flight Management Systems - Corporate Aviation Software The application is accessed through your PC or cell and resides at their facility.

I have heard that these people: BART :: SeaGil Software Company (Flight Scheduling/Dispatch and Aviation Management Software) are highly thought of too.

We currently use SchedulePointe since it's all online. Previously we've used MyFBO and Probook. We have 8 planes and are a 135 department.

I really value systems which are online based and have some sort of mobile version since most of our pilots seem to enjoy checking and editing on their phones.

Kind of old but we use airplanemanager.com it builds great trip sheets, but is more focused to the charter/broker world. Fairly cheap for single airplane ops though. AWESOME interface and ease of use.
