Check with the manufacturer of your aircraft. They should be able to provide you with a manual as it relates to a LAF which is specific to your aircraft model. The LAF manual provides various checklists as it relates to preflight, flight, and post flight. A maintenance representative should be present during the briefing of the test flight as well as during all steps of the test flight.
Both pilots and a qualified maintenance representative should be possession of the check list so notes can be compared after each phase of the test flight. Pilots can share information with maintenance from the flying standpoint of the test flight while the maintenance representative can provide inputs from a maintenance standpoint.
After the test flight a debriefing should be conducted by all parties who participated in the test flight before maintenance personnel responsible for the aircraft in question.
