How Much To Be Paid?
How much should a ce650 captain/manager be paid in the chicago market, flying 300 - 400 hours a year, flying both part 91 and 135?
Salary being paid by aircraft owners, not the 135 operator.

4 years ago I was making 80+K as a captain on a part 91 CE650. My guess would be 95-110 depending on management duties and number of pilots. Need a flying partner? I am trying to get back to the Chicago area.

Would you consider the position title as a "Senior Captain" or "Chief Pilot?"
The 135 operator's influence may scale back the salary.
Senior Captain- $99K
Chief Pilot- $113K
