Any Premier Pilots I need help!

Not on our machine, and I have not encounterd anyone personally.
I just brought it up at recurrent, and they knew of two cases. One sounded like an false indication problem that caused some confusion. Then there is the case in question that made the press.
The Premier is the rudder trim airplane for sure.
Check your PMs.

Hawker is trying to tell everyone it is a false indication problem. I was actually in the airplane for the first two problems and it was no indication problem the trim tab was visually verified hard over to the left. Best of all Beechcraft is trying to tell me that it was a bad indicator. When asked if the indicator could move the trim tab they said no. I then asked them if the indicator could prevent the pilot from moving the trim tab they said no. So, I am wondering how the indicator is the cause of this problem.

This suprises me that a twin-jet is needing lots of rudder trim. On the TBM's we use it a ton(or on the G1000 it does it on it's own now with the YD on) and never figured it'd be an issue on a jet.
What instances in normal ops are you using the trim, or is this strictly during engine-out training that the issues are cropping up?

Our Premier is the same way needs a small trim adjustment here and there. That is until it started having this problem now the rudder trim just starts traveling full left whenever it feels like it. It has happened three times once in flight and twice on the ground. I was able to gain control of the trim once but the other two times it traveled hard left and would not except any inputs from the rudder trim switch.

Beechcraft says it is the indicator that caused the problem however when I asked if the indicator could prevent trim input they said no. So, I asked can the indicator input trim they once again said no. I asked well then how can it be the indicator? I've grounded the airplane until someone can tell me what is wrong. Even the beechcraft mechanic said he wouldn't fly it. So, what the hell am I supposed to do?
