30 on 30 off
I am interested in obtaining any current information on reputable operators that offer rotational employment that use corporate aircraft. For example 30 on/30 off. I know about the large companies like ACASS and Aeroprofessional. However, I came across a small company in the US that has a contract in the ME and started to wonder how many other direct employers there are. If we could start a list of employers it may be beneficial to some of us who may be interested in this kind of work.

As far as I know (may be wrong) the XO base in UAE is a permanent base. The application process is separate from the US bases. During the start up of that base they had US based crew go over for a month or so on a voluntarily basis. Last I heard they had two Xs based in the UAE.
NJME is 35 on 31 off. They held interviews last week per a friend who works there. Interviewees had 3000 hrs and up of jet time.
I have worked on a 35 on/35 off schedule which is a bit too long. Time out feels like forever, and the off time goes by real quick. A 2 week on/2 week off schedule is ideal IMO. XO offers close to that for US based crews.

Just curious...do you know what they pay their NJME captains/year?

I retired a few years back and have a decent pension. Had my fun and glory and I'd never consider taking a seat that belonged to another. Just trying to get an idea of pensions vs salaries. Good luck out there.
