* Meets the requirements for aircraft ratings, currency, proficiency & medical certification established for GE pilots.
* Flies with pilots. Evaluates procedures & practices. Works with Training Captains to evaluate individual pilot performance.
* Conducts performance reviews for assigned employees.
* Recommends salary actions for merit & promotional increases for assigned employees.
* Recommends & coordinates personnel staffing levels, training schedules & developmental programs for assigned employees.
* Monitors crew scheduling to ensure safe and effective utilization of pilots and balance of workload.
* Participates in the development, modification and publication of CAT Policy & Procedure Manual.
* Recommends new equipment for aircraft & related facilities.
* Recommends plans & programs for operation of GE rotary wing aircraft.
* Budgets & controls flight crew spending.
* Conducts annual audits of frequently used helipads. Recommends improvements or relocation to better meet business needs.
* Other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements* Hold’s a valid ATP with Instrument Rating for category of aircraft operated
* Bachelor’s degree and related management experience
* Demonstrates knowledge of the CAT Policy and Procedures Manuals and the provisions of the civil regulations and standards necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position.Additional Eligibility QualificationsGE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
