I dont believe so, if they are they are a totally separate entity.

YUM! is KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Long John Silver's, and A&W. YUM! is under the Pepsi umbrella as well as Frito Lay, but the two are not directly related.

I'm not surprised that FL Astra's were worn out. When I worked line service at ADS back in '99, those planes flew just about 5 days a week, every week.

I heard that they sold both Astras so cheap it killed the market. I used to fly SR#116 and when it sold it went about $ 1,000,000.00 below blue book, just to get rid of it.
