What type of minimums do you need for Corporate?
If someone was going to go the corporate route instead of regional, what typr of minimums do you need in order to be hired? Is it similar to regional hiring minimums? thanks for the info.

Depends on the equipment being flown. I was in the right place at the right time when I got my current job, flying a King Air B100, and only had about 830 TT. The more complex and larger the airplane, the more time you will need.

Flight experience usually isn't as important as having connections, knowing the right people and being at the right place at the right time.
That said, most places are as a bare minimum going to want you to have (or be able to immediately acquire) an ATP certificate. Particularly for turbojet aircraft.
Competitive minimums usually are in the range of 2000+ TT, 500ME/Turbine, 500 PIC, multi-crew experience, etc.

Just as mentioned above, corporate isn't as much TT driven as it's who you know. Being qualified with an ATP and plenty of hours won't ever hurt you, but there's been rare cases of people with 500 TT or less getting on with someone. But to get those hours, you either instruct and get to the 135 IFR minimums, then fly a ton and build time fast, or go the airline route, have to wait awhile to actually build some significant PIC, but you'll already be flying turbine equipment. Good Luck

At my company (outbased division of a Fortune 100 company), mins. are 5,000 for a captain with 3,000 Multi PIC and 300 multi IFR. 2,500 for an SIC or contract pilot with 1,000 multi PIC and 100 multi IFR. (contract pilots are always only used as SIC).
These can all be waved at the discretion of the Director of Aviation of the parent company. They've brought in lower time people, but these are usually hired from inside from the maintenance department or from a college internship. They also have a program written into the ops. manual for the purpose of bringing in low-timers.
FYI, though, the lowtimers they've brought in have tended to not work out so well for one reason or another and that program is headed for the scrap heap, I'm afraid.
