Do you think it had anything to do with snow storms around Minneapolis? We've been getting emails telling us to "plan our commutes accordingly".

Edit: never mind. Reread your original post.

Thanks, not so much needing comfort as info. Trying to figure out where to try that #1 flys 175s, #2 has decent upgrade times (not 4 years), #3 good reputation to help on the career path. I.e. all the basics LOL

And obviously the 175s are preference but not requirement.

Then shouldn't the 175 part be number 3 or lower? Just curious...but why such a strong desire to fly it?

I'd take aircraft type out of your calculus. Since it's not an airplane you'll fly at a major or even LCC, which is probably your end goal, I wouldn't use it to influence your choice of regionals. All that should matter is getting to your desired long-term carrier as quickly as possible. Just MHO.

True, sorry should have said in no particular order. And yes at this point it would just be a bonus to fly it. (Not sure exactly why, maybe not the more centerline thrust than the CRJs etc.)

But yes... the get to legacy carrier is #1. That means I'mkinda looking for for an airline that is flying their pilots a lot and not sitting them.

Where are you hoping to be based? That should be your number 1 priority. All of Compass' bases have other regionals that also have bases there.

I live in ATL and XJT is not a preferred option for me so I know I'm commuting.

And sorry... I feel like I have hijacked this thread. That was not my intention.
