My 2 cents - stay at Compass and apply for LCA and keep building TPIC time. Go to all the conferences and rub shoulders with the people who do the hiring. They hire people not resumes. Delta is hiring FO's with two years of experience and 0 TPIC time right now.

You may have background issues, or more likely your brass ring just hasn't come around yet. All any of us can do is punch all the best tickets and then hope we're what the computer program and the HR ladies are looking for. No guarantees, you can change your odds a little.
But all else being equal you're in a better place than 20,000 RJ guys.
