Dude, don't even worry. BIG NEWS coming friday. Just hang in there, these trivial matters will be completely overshadowed by what's coming. Friday!

I too am disappointed in the SEA “growth” but don’t be fooled, right now you are still closer to a line in SEA than LAX. Although it did not grow yet as much as advertised, SEA did consistently gain lines for the last several months whereas LAX stayed the same or lost a few. The most junior line holding FO’s or FO’s on buildups in SEA would be back to RSV in LAX if they transferred right now. That may all change, but for this exact moment in time that holds true. Not sure where you are in seniority if you are right on the line between RSV and lineholder right now or not, but if that is the case then what messed you over for this bid is the raised floor, that hurt everybody on RSV and junior lines.

I know it sucks though, especially for FOs.
I'm liking the Ops emails lately, especially the Snoop Dogg reference today haha. I would have preferred a Tupac reference though... "from Oakland to Sac-town..the bay area and back down, Cali is where we put our *gear* down! Show me love!!"
I like how we are still having the Christmas party in MSP. Not only did pilots get vacation pulled and have a floor raised, but it's clear across the country for many of us, I don't see huge swaths of S3Cs getting cleared to MSP during the holiday travel season haha. Didn't MW say we couldn't come because we had to fly too? It's all so goofy.
They also need to move offices out here now...It's time...

All of those would have you in the left seat in under 6 months, maybe even right out of new hire.

You could go to Endeavor, Envoy, Piedmont, or even SkyWest and upgrade more quickly. Might not be in Seattle, but your total time will stack up more quickly which will get you to a major faster. If you pick Endeavor, Envoy or Piedmont you'll also have a better path to one mainline carrier. Heck you'll make more money too until mainline calls.
