But again it's still metered...they control when you interview

What’s stopping an endeavor guy from interviewing off the street? Also people are upgrading there much quicker than compass. Pretty much everything you stayed is complete bs.

I'd have to agree, the cash alone is enough to actually consider having a real middle class life at a regional. And if you can withstand the Northeast flying it seems you can upgrade fairly quickly. Not sure when we decided endevour was a bad company.

Word302 is correct. If a captain leaves Compass for Endeavor, they could still get hired off the street to Delta.

Guys are upgrading at Endeavor in 6 months with prior 121, or around 18 months if it's their first gig. So they are still improving their resume for AA, UA, etc while making more money with the added benefit of Delta extending a preferential interview.

a

And the flow a CPZ wasn’t metered? Flow, SSP, DGI, it’s all a gimmick to keep low cost, high margin flying staffed

This crucially assumes the regionals will be around in the course of one's career. Particularly that one regional you pick. I'm not willing to make that bet.

Lol. Show them your pay stub, they will understand. Maybe multiple lateral moves in a short time period look bad, but nobody would fault you for making a calculated change for good reason.

This brings up a question I've been pondering lately. Does Delta hire OTS Endeavor guys? Same with American/Envoy? There's been a long-standing belief that the majors prefer not to jeopardize their largest feed by hiring people away on top of the flow/DGI/whatever. Assume a normal person, not a Shuttle commander who just came to check the 121 box. Anyone know for sure?
