Question about the 85 hour floor for December. Does that just apply to the awards we are given? I want to drop a trip once open time starts so I have a couple weeks off, so will I be able to assuming the grid is green or will iocc deny going below 85 hours?

Well not exactly everyones. Line holder #2 in LAX on the captain side has vacation scheduled from the 25th through the 31st according to the December award.

I don’t think it will adversely effect us in the short term. Most of the pilots that are looking at Compass live in SAN, LAX, PHX, LAS, SMF, PDX, SEA, Hawaii and the Bay Area. When airlines that more directly compete with our pilot pool raise pay then we will have to as well (which will happen).
