if it's not too late or you figured it out... It's exactly the same as old AA. Use myidtravel to make a listing then check in at the gate.

Yes it is done through the myidlisting website. It's the one where the username is CP staff...

When it was all said n done, the crew did nothing wrong. His all happened when I was going through upgrade and I spoke to BG, MW and all the CPs in msp a couple days later and got the full story. It was just a bad situation that cpz those they could avoid and ends up, it wasn’t avoided
