I seriously doubt HAL will set up a flow , a guaranteed interview perhaps, but they don't want guys who are looking to kill time until Delta or United or FedEx calls. They would have no way of filtering those guys out of the compass ranks, not to mention their pilot group is no larger than yours, and they do only a fraction of the hiring you do, unlike AA.
