Pretty worthless call overall. More passing the buck, "we're working on lots of things", and continuation of the disconnect between management and reality.

I appreciate those of you who are pressing Bob, typical responses and evasive answers, but I appreciate it anyway. Wow. As a wrote this, an FA just asked if we were getting bought by Skywest. Did Bob just say OO was kinda like a major airline?

The initial question was a good one. We get a “rah rah cheerleading squad” EVERY phone call, but month after month there is no change or tools given to us to do our jobs successfully. When is enough enough?

Thank you to those who were pressing him as well. Two sides to every story on grievances? Once a contract is signed it’s a legally binding document! What other side to the story is that?!
