Went through as a former CFI a few years back. Never had an issue and thought training was suprisingly easy. I did put in the work early on though.

Seriously? You’re a joke. Compass Training is so relax paced, if you can’t handle it, then maybe a structured airline training program isn’t for you. There are some real dirt bag airlines out there that are true wash out machines, this place isn’t one of them. One could argue that our program is built for someone with prior air carrier time, however statistics on who pass/fail show that it doesn’t matter your background. We all make mistakes, such is life. Learn from them and move forward! Sorry to sound harsh, but your slander is not appreciated.
