Aww snap the companies really getting upset now. And really, Delta's saying having an internal rec is just the same as going to a job fair? I call BS.
Edit: Also, if compass mgmt has so much time and connections with Delta to convince them to release an attendee list, how come they can't use that energy to get us more flying or some career progression.

So you think our management went to Delta and said something like "hey we're so incompetent that if we have a few pilots call in sick it would have an affect the operation and we might cancel flights. So can we please have your list of attendees so we can scare a few pilots into not calling in sick?"

Interesting. I'm terrible with this whole recruiting crap. All I know is one day I was in Atlanta and a guy told me I would get in interview if I closed my eyes and sucked some juice out of a tube. Haven't heard anything yet.

It won't be our corporate leadership team. It's going to me. And the rest of us who did show up for our scheduled work days. Our reward? Junior assignments handed out like STDs at church camp.
I'm not saying I agree with the company's response, but I'm not going to be shocked or otherwise feel bad for those doing a carpet dance in msp.
