Edit: Also, if compass mgmt has so much time and connections with Delta to convince them to release an attendee list, how come they can't use that energy to get us more flying or some career progression.

I really don't think Delta is going to hand over their list of attendees to Compass. I'm calling bs on this one.

So you think our management went to Delta and said something like "hey we're so incompetent that if we have a few pilots call in sick it would have an affect the operation and we might cancel flights. So can we please have your list of attendees so we can scare a few pilots into not calling in sick?"

Well you give them more credit than me. I think a few people called in yesterday and they made up a story about how they'll totally find out if you go to the job fair in order to scare the few people who would call in for it.

Two ALPA carriers colluding to screw over pilots, I hope to hear something. Are the procedures outlined in our FOM with regards to sick calls not sufficient? And also this was made a required ALL PILOT read file. Good grief what a waste.
