The load-desk will be in communication with the ramp crew and will coordinate with them prior to push, based on the assigned seating or average seating. So the likelihood of an adjustment is slim to anerexic, in theory. Previously there was no communication between what’s going on upstairs and how to load downstairs, besides the FD crew. Involving the load-desk adds a layer of communication between above and below the wing.

During the trial I believe they said switch to manual and then report it. But once the program is in full swing, if you have any W&B issues you radio Station Ops. However the load-desk is supposed to monitor each flight to avoid these situations prior to push. This is why on some flights you’ll see certain rows blocked off or reassigned seats. It’s an active W&B boarding/loading process. Speaking from how I’m told it’s done on DL operated flights.

Glad to hear its not just me. We got pulled off a turn the other day and its been chaos ever since. Thought it was just my crew. I lost the first and last trips of the month and everything in the middle is majorly screwed up. Went from 93 hours to 30.

Mine has been blank showing min guarantee for a couple days. I just picked up a trip and it added the new trip and corrected my credit total, but none of my other flights (minus one random deadhead) are showing up.

So even tho the duty plan page isn’t our official pay page anymore, mine appears to be correct with all flight times, including ones that were taken off and DHs were added. Reference that page guys for your rainmaker page

Anyone having trouble getting paid for premium trips? I picked up a 2 day during the window, duty plan shows voluntary 48 hr. Left a remark in rainmaker that has been ignored. I've sent a total of three emails to payroll with no response.

If it shows 48hr then it’s coded properly for the 48hr window of premium pay
