If you all are so unhappy here, then leave. There's a reason why we left the other places to come here. *****ing on here won't help. Volunteer for the union. We need more people.

Maybe what he's trying to say is don't criticize until you've been a part of that process. On a side note, it is part of TSA and unfortunately these things are common at the other two companies

I can't disagree. In 6 months I've sent a score of emails to various committee chairs. Got one email in return telling me the committee was fully staffed.
