I clicked on the link yesterday for both GEG and PDX, they said they were hiring for Seattle, LAX and PHX. Looking today the job posting does not specify bases.
My bet is they want to hire for SEA from surrounding areas, and in order to get the position onto indeed.com etc they had to list it as Spokane. Indeed.com has it listed, the link goes to the Compass posting.
One of the requirements is "Must be able to relocate to assigned domicile." I think the key is assigned domicile.

Why would they list that? No one relocates for this place, we just commute

It is a FA position. Some may commute, but others may not apply until they see an opening in their local employment search. Just like how they get them in the door by offering flight benefits.

Commuting as a probationary FA doesn't have nearly the protection a probationary pilot has for a busted commute. It's a risky proposition at best

I recently did 9 month and the CBTs were really clunky at best and often would not work at all. I emailed the LMS email and got the generic check your browser and cache answer. I just ended up going back and forth between explorer and chrome and trying over and over again in each to slowly grind through each one. Budget cuts.

Doing initial CBTs here, for now everything is going well but shoot me if they are long and boring.... I guess I should have pick 4 weeks instead of 2.... but was trying to help our line guys for Christmas 
... well let's go back to study.... and also 40 hours for doing all I guess is a lie.... I'm already at 16 hours and still doing systems
