I'm liking some of this Phx not being as Senior as expected talk. Any idea when they will add more crews? I interview Friday.

Actually you will require to do several observing flights which is part of the initial training.

On the last conference call they said they were going to start with 15 crews and to expect 40 by early 2018.

If you domicile at an outstation (i.e. Phoenix) that only serves one carrier (i.e. Delta) then is that all you're gonna get to fly for? I'd like to fly some of the Eagle routes as well. Thanks.

There's a small chance if you're on reserve but all AA trips start and stop out of LAX. You can pick up an AA trip if you want to commute.

Not take it away, voluntary buyback of anything you want to sell.

Yes. If you want to consistently be able to fly both you'll have to be LA based but like previously mentioned, you probably could pick up open time out of base in LA which would require a commute.
