That's just so crazy, is the hiring outlook that grim??? Are we gonna see them take our vacations again if we don't sell it back? I'll be happy to sell mine back for 150% when i get a CJO somewhere

Observation flights
Anybody know if Compass allows js observation flights after orientation day and Id is issued. There would be a month between orientation and 1st day of class. I would hope I could do some flight deck observing during this time.

I don't know if they "count" as your official ones, but yeah, in general you can always JS on our flights if you got your badge regardless of if there are seats in the back or not. Go for it.
