Thanks for the replies guys, and amcnd you are right, it has been a life long dream. I was shot down in 2000 after I bombed the Frasca ride. I'm 46, so the time for me to make it to a major is slipping away. I should stop thinking with my heart and start

So what's up with the Company lately doing some shady ****ake.
* Disregarding the Union and contract on many issues. This worries me because if we don't have a strong Union, they will advantage.
* Taking peoples Vacations 2-4 months in advance.
* Not having LCR during a slow month ( OCT ) with no good explanation. I'm aware that they reduce up to 0% if needed. But is it? and this the new norm. where they just do stuff cuz its a grey area in our contract.
* Trying to hold off CA upgrades by playing musical chair CA on CA flying.
* Disregarding the Union and contract on many issues. This worries me because if we don't have a strong Union, they will advantage.
* Taking peoples Vacations 2-4 months in advance.
* Not having LCR during a slow month ( OCT ) with no good explanation. I'm aware that they reduce up to 0% if needed. But is it? and this the new norm. where they just do stuff cuz its a grey area in our contract.
