I'd send a follow up email and see what's the deal. Word has it with all the recent announcements they've gotten A LOTTTTT of applications let hope you didn't get lost in the pile. An email won't hurt

If it can help I'm 45 and I decided to join Compass, 22 years of military flying , mostly fighters and here I'm starting all over and excited about it. Hopefully 500 hrs will happen fast so will get in line for an upgrade soon, in the meantime head down and start studying

So what's up with the Company lately doing some shady ****ake.

* Disregarding the Union and contract on many issues. This worries me because if we don't have a strong Union, they will advantage.

* Taking peoples Vacations 2-4 months in advance.

* Not having LCR during a slow month ( OCT ) with no good explanation. I'm aware that they reduce up to 0% if needed. But is it? and this the new norm. where they just do stuff cuz its a grey area in our contract.

* Trying to hold off CA upgrades by playing musical chair CA on CA flying.

18 upgrades in the last vanancy report doesn't seem like they're holding back many upgrades...

Explain how CA/CA reduces upgrades.
