I would encourage you to write him a letter personally. Its not like he's going to care, but maybe a Christmas miracle will happen and he'll realize what a crummy thing he did. Like in the end of Christmas Vacation. That's what Compass needs, we need a Cousin Eddy!!

I'm in the same boat as CitationX between QX and CP, and have interviews with both. Concerning the SEA base, one of my biggest questions is that while there is solid growth at the moment, DL seems to be amping up to take the CS100s in SEA, and from the sounds of it, that flying will be replacing regional jets. Is there any concern of that cutting in to the growth up there?
Last I heard on this was CS's are going to LAX and NYC. Take that for what its worth but I heard it from the JS on DL about 2 weeks ago.

I heard the same thing too from someone else also heard they are also planning on opening a satellite base (or whatever it's called not sure of the correct name) in DFW for the CS100

Seriously though this is the bigger issue going forward. If management doesn't wake up, people will run from Compass the same way that that others ran to Compass before.

This taking vacation is some BS. Guarantee we will have enough people to cover flying in Nov. and Dec... Just lower the damn reserve buffer. We don't need 20 RSV guys in LAX. 10-15 would work just fine I'm sure.
