You can't be pass LOE if they don't hold an upgrade class, so this scenario would exactly apply.

You start getting CA pay on your effective date or passing of LOE, whichever comes first

Yeah I know, I don't want anyone exposing themselves. I'm just trying to get a feel for who is getting theirs taken since I have vacation coming up as well that might be in jeopardy.

That's 42 open CA slots in ONE bid period. 24 of those displacements from MSP. Wow.

The scary part is there is zero new first officers according to that notice.

Edit: If the company was smart they would run mass upgrades while right seat qualifying. This would stack the Captain reserve list with pilots that can sit in either seat. It gives them an abundance of pilots with only 11 (12) days off a month and has the added bonus of lowing upgrade and first officer reserve times. Having been at a place that used this very effectively I'm surprised this isn't the strategy.
