There are 40+ interviews scheduled the rest of this month alone. The new hires are going to start coming in.

It's starting to seem like compass is behind the power curve. If they need to put captains in the right seat and suspend vacation all on the verge of 1 out of 3 of or bases is supposed to double in size? I hate to say it because I'm sure I'm just inexperienced with the 121 world but I'm getting a little nervous.

Well I can look at this a few ways.
Compass needs pilots, and if y'all come here then a lot of these issues would be fixed.
Yes compass got themselves in this whole, but it won't be fixed without more people in the door.
For those of us already here I wonder what the future holds.
Most of me agrees with "I'm not doing that unless you sweeten the pot for me some more: like retention bonus, more pay if I did volunteer to help (not the same pay to help dig you out)"
Also there's always a small hint of greed thinking "twice the open time and critical pay opportunities to get some extra cash".
As of now I'm not volunteering. It's give and take, and all they've done is take from us.
Hopefully we can get out of here before we have to worry too much more.
