Looking at the LOA in the back of the CBA, sadly LCR is not 100% required. They do have that catch all option "for operational requirements" to reduce LCR any ammount down to 0%. But they are supposed to work with ALPA to get LCR back asap

The only time this should happen is if there are only first class seats available. In that case AA non revs have higher priority since they are able to actually list for first. If its for an economy seat then Compass non revs including anyone on your flight benefits should be first priority.

An e-mail just came out that due to the MSP closure and PHX base being initiated, they are delaying the bid to Mid-November with ALPA's blessing.
