Anyone know if ALPA took over the pairings? I heard they were supposed to take it over from TSH since all of our pairings were so inefficient

As far as I know, ALPA did not. However, I will recommend that if you have issues with pairings, bidding, schedules, etc...give Eric K a call on the PBS committee. That man is a wizard when it comes to our system, and I have been holding a line since June now, with 90 percent of what I want. (M-T off, commutable, 3-4 day trips, etc.). This month was the first month I have had a five day thrown in there. That s thanks in part a lot to Eric.

What is the status of PHX? Any detail around number of lines, seniority, etc?Thinking of coming back to the 121 world and living in PHX make Compass more attractive to me than in the past.

Small base, 15crews to start with beginning in dec. It will more than likely go very senior

Sure would be nice to know our new FO paysales! Anyone know when the official document will come out? Or will it just be "We'll see after our Oct checks!"

LOA says they have to maintain 2% from step one to step 2 so that would be $41.82 and then an additional 1.5% from DOS.

I'm a high seniority FO still waiting on upgrade after two years. I have no college degree. Do y'all think it's worth it to upgrade here or jump ship to Spirit (I live in a base) while it's a lateral pay move? The whole potential strike thing over there is scaring me, but it's a gamble with their possible new contract. Any advice?
