Because he has one job, and that's to keep AA and Delta happy. Everything else comes second, and that's including the current pilot morale here at Compass. That man does not give a damn about your opinion on you getting your vacation bought back. There is absolutely ZERO incentives to want to go above and beyond when these guys have shot themselves in the foot over and over again due to poor planning and that disconnect that exists between what management thinks they do, and what things really are like out there. The union is our only hope at this point and I'm confident they won't let us down.
