**** sorry guys. I figured out that when Delta was thinking 190s they were gonna staple us in to save money in training. But someone told Papa Delta what I was spreading and they switched to C-series. My bad.

The only thing is stability and that's a laughable concept in the regional industry. Honestly I have no idea.
I would argue well below average pay. Stability and bases I guess.

My point was throwing money at new hires in the form of signing bonuses may or may not solve your hiring woes.

I have few questions and apologize if they've already been answered. Upgrade to Capt timeframe? Junior Base? How long to get to LA or PHX? Thank You.

This is actually awesome to see, haven't seen a new guy post asking these questions on a long time! CA upgrade prob around 2-2.5 yrs regardless of 121 time, lax is jr and phx is unknown because it hasn't opened yet but prob will go senior. Lax and sea can be held right out of training tho

Perfect. I live in Phx, and have heard horror stories of commuting. I guess if you have to commute, Phx to LA can't be too bad.

How is everyone liking the E-175?

On average if people are passing through to the majors, how long are they with Compass?

the good thing about phx is we do lax-phx on the delta side. That means each of our flights has two extra cabin jumpseats that no one but a Compass fa can bump you out of. AND you will eventually get phx however the seniority of the base pans out.

The 175 is a good airplane to fly. I really enjoy it and the flying we do with it.
