Could this be a strategy by management to get new hires through the door and into a class knowing it will get shut down again but by the time that happens the new guys will already be here?

Wow, that's $14.5 million in bonuses if it is handed out to every pilot on property. Not too shabby.

$17,500 to every pilot on property per year.

JS is saying it to everyone. Will be announced shortly. Hang in there.

Part of the LOA will include mustache's being mandatory though, start growing them out to be in compliance.

I'm not saying it's out of the goodness of their hearts. I'm saying that they want to keep costs low, but understand when they need to sweeten the pot and have done so in the past. The other choice would be to roll over and die as flights get canceled due to lack of crews. That wouldn't be good business.

The problem is, like most regional management, they are very reactionary. How bad did it have to get before the pot was sweetened? 1 person in class? They might be a tad bit behind the eight ball.

$17,500 retention bonus for every pilot on property per year is pretty sweet though.

Thanks to the chiefs for making it happen!

I knew good news was right around the corner.
