It's definitely not. The problem is a PHX base ain't gonna reverse the trend.
Even Mesa offers more $$ in the form of a bonus, and you'd be surprised how many CFIs are ok with Mesa. I talked to one who said he'd go to Mesa, upgrade and go to mainline....after he had just badmouthed the other FBO.
So you want to CFI at a place that's more reputable, but you don't care about the regional you work for?
PHX base is good news, but until TSH ups the pay, classes will not get filled. I agree with ALPA that it should not be a bonus, an LOA is about the best thing that can happen.

Maybe this is old news, but Rosterbuster now imports flight times to logten pro after IOCC updates with the actual block times. Still have to add some details like tail numbers and PF/PnF, etc. last time I did an import a few weeks ago it didnt do that.

I hope none of our pilots are dumb enough to participate in the vacation buy-back.
If you want to see TSH actually raise the compensation to get fresh blood behind you, taking the offer is counterproductive.
It's a strategy to reduce the required staffing, so by helping the company out, you're actually kicking the can down the road.
This is also proof in the pudding that we're behind the curve.
