More than likely pay. The question is how much and how it'll be done.
But in this industry as much as people say to be patient about a rumor, its not official until it happens.
They have lattitude to go to $41/hour without needing a new LOA or any other changes. IMHO it'll take more than that... I'd say $49/hour at least (probably more to counteract the fact that others can raise their bonuses) making it competitve with places that offer a bonus, flow, preferential interview etc.
So if they only go to $41/hour at 75 hours of guarantee, that would mean a Compass pilot would make $36,900 in 12 months excluding per diem. Still about an 18k difference between Mesa paying a bonus.
Sure I understand that a pilot might have a line then they'll credit more + get per diem, but they'd do that at Mesa too, and they can get 200%. I've heard of them getting 300% to do it, doesn't make it a better airline, but think about how people are deciding where to go, money talks.

No kidding. Want proof? Look in Envoy or Skywest threads and see how much they talk about us. Hardly at all. Here? Every fifth post is about OO. Get over it, guys.

I get it... It's frustrating when they do that crap and I've even fallen for the bait. Still, though...

New PHX base
I wonder when vacancies will start to open up there and if it'll be mostly LAX or SEA guys trying to get out there.
Still eager to know when/what the other good news is that WeekendsOff was hinting at

If they do decide to raise pay, do you guys think it will only be FO pay that goes up or would it be across the board with CA's seeing an increase as well?
