I'm basing my ideas on what the rest of the industry is doing. GoJet another TSH company is paying 200%.

A contract is different, and you're right picking up open time is someone picking it up vs you getting it possibly. But if EVERYONE decided not to pick up until it hit 200% regularly, it could happen without jr manning.

Section 6 notices will begin no later than December 31, 2019.

CBA is in effect until May 1, 2020.

and pure communism is great on paper. There is theory and reality. Just like communism, no one picking up ot at time and a half is is great in theory... The reality is it will never happen.

What reason would the company have to pay 200% for open time when they can just JA and pay 150%?

And since we all love to speculate...it wouldn't surprise me if Delta announces some PAE flying in the near future to snag a piece of the new pie. Maybe we'll even see LAX-PAE from AA, similar to their LAX-SEA route.

What reason would the company have to JA when they can just raise the floor and pay 100%? Like we'll get 200% open time before everybody is built to 95 hrs... good luck with that.

It's unlikely. From memory, I think PAE is limited to 6 flights a day.

Someone finally locked onto what I was suggesting.

Delta will have a response to this alternative airport strategy by United and Alaska.

And we could very easily be a part of it.
