Compass Updates - Saga Continues

I'm sure their was but that doesn't make you immune to the same thing. If they want planes back for their WO what's to stop them? They already took 9 from you. If AA wants them back for the same reason.. ?
Reliability doesn't mean anything (you aren't though really). XJT was extremely reliable. You are a staffing company. If you can't staff, you lose planes.
Oh, and you're not getting a PHX base..

Well, obviously that flying will be done by an existing partner out of SFO or DEN. 6 flights a day, that's 3 to each. Not exactly a whole lot of departures. "Here compass, here is two aircraft".. yeah, no.
I disagree that we're having difficulty staffing the aircraft that are here though, that premise doesn't really hold water when open time gets snapped up like a hungry turtle and we still only get 150%.
If we got new flying, they'd do what they needed to do to staff it. But trans states isn't gonna give us anything for free.

People are picking up time at 150% because they don't understand that if they wait it'll go up to 200% etc. That's why it gets snapped up like a hungry turtle so to speak.
But since we are not filling classes I won't be surprised if it goes up to 200% even with people jumping on the first offer. Just imagine how these people would vote on a new contract, they'll take the first offer... not the most they can get.

The State of the airline confirmed Compass is not filling classes.

Grain of salt warning: flying with an LCA. Said during a meeting they recently had, JS confirmed PHX.

200% isn't happening. You think Payroll is a nightmare now? Imagine the mess it would be trying to come up with a way to code for 200%. Unfortunately if people don't pick up open time then people get junior manned. Wouldn't you rather have people voluntarily pick stuff up rather than get junior manned into your day off on go home day? I know I would..
agreed! They will JR man pilots way before they offer 200%.

Actually, voting on a contract is different. There, we all vote together. For picking up open time, you know that if you don't, somebody else will - unless we go into a job action which we have no reason to. And as others have said, the company will junior man before offering 200%. So I have a reasonable hope for a good vote at contract time.

Anyone know when contract time actually is?
