Historical norms or not, a full class is 10. 6 isn't

I doubt they (faa) would just let the company turn it on overnight. Especially considering they make LCA do a right seat sim and two legs in the eight seat when they get qual'ed.
Isn't TSA still running CAQFO? I mean why would they say no to Compass, but yes to TSA. It's possible but not likely.

Because TSA has additional approved training for it, where as Compass doesn't (or didn't, It has been a while since I worked there).

6 and 6
Being the bottom 1% on the seniority list for the last 7 months, I've been monitoring this very closely. Recruiting has said pretty consistently since Dec 2016 that 3 to 4 classes of 8 is their norm/goal (at least lately). They like to do a class of 8 once a week. Stacks well in the training dept, as each week the class moves to a different subject/classroom. I have been put under the impression that 8 is a full class and they have to resize classes sometimes to keep an even number per class.

Not trying to argue just sharing my info. Happy to have you guys coming aboard!

Yeah of course! I'm not saying we're full as far as max capacity goes, but we all showed up and I haven't seen anyone drop out yet. So by saying "6 and 6" I just mean we have everyone we started with and haven't seen any cancellations of other classes. Hoping the numbers pick up to capacity for sure!

Wow. They'd have to at least double the size of SEA in the next vacancy/realignment bid.

Or they could open a base the size of MSP in PHX where they have a MX base. Then they can flow more through SEA instead of MSP.
