I'd doubt there are many no shows, but if attrition is actually high enough, the real concern is hiring to meet that demand. So the bodies may be there, but not in large enough quantity.

I doubt they (faa) would just let the company turn it on overnight. Especially considering they make LCA do a right seat sim and two legs in the eight seat when they get qual'ed.

We are deff not hiring 30 a month. Just flew with a pilot recruiter the other day and they said they want 40/month and we aren't even getting half of that. The first two July classes were CXd because only one person showed up.

CPZ stopped right seat qualing CA back around 2010. I think the POI actaully pulled the plug on it back the new.

I'm not saying his will happen, I'm just saying it wouldn't surprise me if it did happen. Nothing a cpz surprises me anymore, especially with everything that has happened in less than a year
