Booths, Pizza Cutters, and Swag?? They're doing it all wrong. All they have to do is have a stack of these and distribute it to all the CFIs....and they will come.

You're probably right and at some point those two cost lines will cross and that is when we will see upgrades pick up. Unfortunately, I think, by that point we will once again be way behind the curve and it will be very hard to catch back up!

Exactly! But solving this problem requires strategic thinking, so...

Hey guys, are you tired of flight attendants complaining on the CPZ IOCC Facebook group? Well fear no more! A Facebook group called CPZ Pilot Trip Trades has been created. Trying to get as many pilots on there to make everyone's lives a little better as we all know how bad IOCC is. Feel free to join and let the trading begin.

Koolaid is strong this time of year.
Ran into this old post from 8/2016, quoting this for comedy value since it's 12 months later and we're still here...

I guess we can't blame an airline that doesn't have a contract and expect them to understand how contracts work.

Savage!!

Although I knew people who went thru their training in the beginning and late of last year and told me of the said memo. "Dude, we got big news in LAX coming next month!" Heard it in January, March, October, and December.

Because they show up to work and their pay and work rules change every day
I'm pretty sure they have a document signed by their pilot group (SAPA) and their management.

Contract (noun): a written or spoken agreement, especially one concerning employment, sales, or tenancy, that is intended to be enforceable by law.

If you're going to call someone out for not understanding something, you should understated it yourself first. By the definition above I'd say they have a contract. But maybe my understanding of the English language is the problem.

Compass will still be here until the capacity purchase agreement comes up. So the question is what does 2020 hold for Compass?
